Fantasy Kabaddi: TFG Fantasy Pundit tips for UP Yoddha vs Haryana Steelers

19th August 2017 – 9 p.m.

Overview

UP Yoddha, who have won three of their six matches this season, are going into the second home game after suffering a close defeat at the hands of U Mumba. Although the debutants have mainly stuck to its playing 7, there is a possibility of Hadi Tajik starting in place of Nitesh Kumar. The Haryana Steelers will be heading into this game after their second draw of the edition, against Tamil Thalaivas. The Surender Nada-led side is noticeably struggling to find a right candidate for its right cover position and are likely to play Parmod Narwal ahead of Neeraj Kumar

Probable 7

UP Yoddha: Nitin Tomar, Rajesh Narwal, Jeeva Kumar, Mahesh Goud, Rishank Devadiga, Nitesh Kumar, Pankaj

Possible Substitutes: Hadi Tajik; Surender Singh; Sagar Krishna; Santhosh B.S; Rohit Kumar

Haryana Steelers: Vikash Khandola, Parmod Narwal, Rakesh Singh Kumar, Surjeet Singh, Wazir Singh, Mohit Chhillar, Surender Nada

Possible Substitutes: David Mosambayi; Deepak Kumar; Prashanth Rai; Neeraj Kumar; Ashish Chhokar

Players who cannot be ignored:

Nitin Tomar: The most expensive player in the league is living up to the team and the fan’s expectations. Nitin averages around eight points per 20 minutes this season.

Rishank Devadiga: The former U Mumba raider has fully recovered from his ankle injury. In UP’s last match against U Mumba, Rishank was seen bulldozing through the defense. He picked massive 14 points from 14 raids in the game.

Surender Nada: The Haryana skipper has scored 5,7,6,7 points in the four games this season. He has displayed firm ankle and thigh holds and has also been involved in a couple of Super Tackles.
