Bagan coach Sanjoy Sen blasts Constantine for his comments on Debjit Majumder

MOHUN BAGAN are in Mumbai to play their 9th round of I-League in Cooperage tomorrow. Today at the pre-match press conference the defending Federation Cup winning coach Sanjoy Sen vented out his emotions at the national team coach Stephen Constantine's comments on the goalkeeper Debjit Majumder.

When Sanjoy was asked about Debjit being called by Constantine and not responding the former completely lost his calm. He replied,

"What, he told, 'the door is shut for him,' he will not call him, not think of him in the future. That's what he said."

The reporter then said that Debjit failed to respond to which Sanjoy said,

"Who told that, how do you know. Even if that's the case, the coach of a team has no right to say that he not call him at all. He is a foreign coach, so he can do anything. It's a shameful act from the national team coach."

"As a coach it's embarrassing for me as well. What is our ambition of a player, it is to represent the national team and if the coach is saying that the door is shut then it's a shame."
