UFC Denver Results: Shevchenko submits Pena, Masvidal stops Cerrone

THE UFC FIGHT NIGHT IN DENVER went to the books and it saw some land scape changing results. In the main event, Valentina Shevchenko got the better of Julianna Pena when she secured a win via arm bar submission in the second round.

With the win, Shevchenko has got a title shot in her hand and it would be interesting to see how it turns out. In the co-main event, Jorge Masvidal got a TKO win over Donald Cerrone. Masvidal needed two rounds to stop the Cowboy and in turn, ended the winning streak that Cerrone was building up in the Welterweight division.

Francis Ngannou and Jason Knight also got notable wins in the main card. Raphael Assuncao getting a win over Aljamain Sterling was the highlight of the undercard. Below are the complete results from UFC Fight Night in Denver.
