Play-by-Play: Lajong score three past Mumbai; Mumbai with three losses back-to-back

LAJONG HAVE GOT THEIR CAMPAIGN ON TRACK by bagging their second win back to back. Mumnbai continue their descent with their third loss from the last three games.

The start of the game was quite slow, both teams took a while to get settled into their rhythm. Lajong made the head start by heading in from a corner. Mumbai were rattled and created a chance which fell to Robinho Satana, his weak header was troubling noone. Immediately Dipanda got a cahnce and showed hwo it is done by a neat finish to out the host 2-0 up.

Second half saw a more vibrant Mumbai. Substitute Sawhney scored to bring back hopes for Mumbai to come back in the game. Lajong scored their third to nearly seal the game from Mumbai. The away side received a shock when Kattimani was sent of for ball handling outside the box.Lajong could not add more to their tally and Mumbai were left shattered being losing three times in a row.
