AMONG all the shuttlers who played in the Hyderabad leg for their respective teams, the star attraction was none other than, Spaniard Carolina Marin.
She defeated both crowd favourites, PV Sindhu and Saina Nehwal, showing off her dominance. And as usual, the doubles shuttlers too displayed great performance on court which kept everyone on the edge of their seats.
Along with Marin, there were two Indian singles shuttlers, Satwiksairaj and Sourabh Verma who won many hearts. Though they were on the losing side, they made their opponents sweat it out hard for the points.
