Pritam Kotal survived a scare to his eye after the last game against Mumbai

ATK COMING TO SECOND LEG AT MUMBAI were leading by 3 goals to 2. The second leg turned out to be a goalless draw and that sent ATK into the finals. A rather clean game was marred by the incident that took place after the final whistle.

Belencoso head butted a Mumbai player and that is when everything broke loose. Players tried to get physical with each other. The Mumbai Coach and some team-mates was seen breaking up fights but Thiago Cunha was the most aggressive of them all. He tried to cause harm with both his feet lunging onto an ATK player.

Some player suffered minor injuries and one of them was Pritam Kotal. Speaking to IANS on Wednesday, Kotal said,

"There was a feeling of blinding for a while."

Since there were too many arms and legs swung at various separate incidents, it is difficult to tell who caused Kotal's injury.

The India national team defender giving an update of the medical advice he received after shared,

"I went to a doctor and he said it's nothing major. What happened was unfortunate and should not have happened"

Indian Super League final will be played on December 18 between Atletico de Kolkata and Kerala Blasters FC in Kochi, Kerala which is a repeat of the 2014 ISL final.
