TFG Fantasy Pundit: Rain likely for the Hobart Test, create teams taking the weather into consideration
- By TFG Fantasy Sports
- November 11, 2016
Overview
Rough weather is expected for the first two days in Hobart and hence you need to build your fantasy teams around that. Given the rain, seamers and top-order batsmen might give maximum fantasy points. Keep in mind, Siddle, S Marsh and Steyn won’t be playing in this game.
Probable 11
AUS- Warner, Khawaja, Burns, Smith, Voges, M Marsh/Ferguson, Nevill, Starc, Mennie, Lyon, Hazlewood
SA- Cook, Elgar, Amla, Faf du, Duminy, Bavuma, De Kock, Rabada, Morkel/Abott, Philander, Maharaj
Players who cannot be ignored
Warner- In current form, you drop him, you will pay the price.
Quinton- Points with both bat and gloves will keep your teams in good stead.
Hazelwood- Gets the ball in the right areas and can be a tricky customer to face in seamer friendly conditions.
Rabada- After his heroics in Perth, it will be a bad move to ignore him. Remember, Steyn won’t be playing.
Starc- Will be playing the Test with an injury but it’s still worth picking him.
TFG Pundit XI:
BAT- Warner(C), Smith(vc), Khawaja, Faf du
BOWL- Starc, Philander, Rabada, Hazlewood
A/R- Duminy, Elgar
W/K- De Cock
Happy Hunting!!!
