Play-by-Play: Kerala last gasp victory sink Goa into bigger problems - ISL Matchday 33

FC Goa scored early in the first half and spend the remainder of the half defending and clearing the ball. Kerala have shown good attakcking instincts but have not been able to find the finishing touch in front of goal. Belfort came closest on couple of occasions, his attempts narrowly missed the goal. Apart from those chances the Goa keeper made a just the one save with the legs.

Second half was full of drama and controversies. A handball against Arnolin saw him receive his marching orders. The resulting penalty, whihc Belfort took saw Kerala draw level within 5 minutes of the re-start. After that Goa had to just hold off clear the ball and try to keep the ball but were over powered and found it difficult to keep possession of the ball. Then Richarylson came in a dangerous tackle and it earned him a second yellow which left Goa struggling with 9 men. Kerala just kept pushing for the goal and Goa simply did not have the lungs to keep them out of the box. A last gasp effort by Kerala saw them scramble a scrappy goal from the substitute Vineeth.
