DEBUTANTS: Newcomers worth considering for second & third Test between AUS & SA

THE AUSSIES will host South Africa for a three-match Test series starting tomorrow at Perth. After the opening Test at the WACA, both teams will head towards Hobart and finish with a pink ball Test in Adelaide.

As expected Australia have already named their playing 11 for the opening Test, but the Proteas might surprise us by introducing new comers Tabriaz Shamsi or Keshav Maharaj at the expense of pacer Morne Morkel.

Regardless of whether the debutants take the field or not tomorrow, we think you shouldn’t pick them for the opener. In fact, Aussie pacer Joe Mennie is likely to come into the team at Hobart if Peter Siddle is unable to deliver the goods. 

For the Proteas, the left-arm spinners will come into play in Hobart and Adelaide, but before we reach the final two Tests of the series, it is important for you to know how these new faces can help your fantasy cricket teams.
