FantasyCaptains: Our picks for the AUS v SA Tests

AUSTRALIA will take on South Africa in a three-match Test series starting tomorrow at Perth. After being whitewashed in the recently concluded ODI series on the South African soil, the hosts would be desperate to return the favour in the longer version of the game. 

Both sides have a formidable bowling department with some world-class pacers, but the series could be won or lost on how the two teams bat. Both sides have a wobbly middle order and it will be interesting to see who cracks first. 

We expect perfect conditions for the seamers across the series, but given the true bounce on offer, the batsmen too will get value for their shots. 

On the fantasy cricket front though, we think the experienced batsmen from both sides should be picked as your captains for the entire series. However, considering a Dale Steyn or Mitchell Starc for a Test too wouldn’t be a bad choice.
