TFG Fantasy Pundit: Spin to win is the mantra for this round between IND & NZ at Kanpur

Overview 

Expect nothing but a spinner friendly surface in Kanpur and it’s important that you make a fantasy team with a few spinners from both sides in it.  Barring Kane Williamson, we don’t see any other Kiwi batsman scoring much at the Green Park. 

Probable 11 for the round 

IND- KL Rahul, Murali Vijay, C Pujara, Virat Kohli, Ajinkya Rahane, W Saha, Ravi Ashwin, Ravindra Jadeja, Amit Mishra, Mohammad Shami, Bhuvaneshwar Kumar

NZ- Tom Latham, Martin Guptill, Kane Williamson, Ross Taylor, Henry Nicholls, BJ Watling, Mitchell Santner, Ish Sodhi, Neil Wagner, Trent Boult, Mark Craig 

Players who cannot be ignored 

Kane Williamson- Is the best batsman in the Kiwi line-up and has the ability to negotiate some quality spin bowling. 

Virat Kohli- Expect nothing but plenty of runs from the Indian skipper. Drop him at your own peril. 

R Ashwin- He will get maximum purchase from the Kanpur wicket and will be the biggest threat for the Kiwis. Remember, he can bat too. 

Dark Horses 

Ajinkya Rahane- While everybody is talking about Virat, we think this Mumbai lad is the man to watch out for in this series. 

Ish Sodhi- He is likely to be a workhorse for the Kiwis and can surprise the Indians with his variations.
