John Abraham & Rahul Bose unveil Mumbai full marathon 2017 registrations
IT'S GOOD NEWS FOR for all marathon runners as the registration for the Mumbai full marathon 2017 is now open. It was launched on Wednesday in the presence of Bollywood actors John Abraham and Rahul Bose among other dignitaries.

People can register till November 25 or when filled to capacity, whichever is earlier.

The physical mode of registration at Standard Chartered Bank branches will close on September 17; for the half marathon it will open on July 27 and close on August 26; for Dream Run it will open on August 29 and close on August 31; the senior citizens' run and champions with disability will open on September 1 and close on September 17.

This year's full marathon will offer 5,000 running places, while 15,000 places will be available for the half marathon.
Meanwhile, the popular Dream Run will accommodate 20,200 participants.
"The Standard Chartered Mumbai marathon has gone from strength to strength for 13 years now. It has gone above and beyond being a sporting event to a point where it elicits enthusiastic participation from the people of Mumbai, either as a runner or as a supporter of this annual event," said the chief executive officer of Standard Chartered bank Zarin Daruwala.
