Bravo and Pollard display camaraderie on twitter; slay rumours of having a fall-out
WEST INDIES CRICKETERS Dwayne Bravo and Kieron Pollard were recently seen involved in a scuffle when Gujarat Lions played Mumbai Indians at Green park stadium in Kanpur. Bravo walked up to Pollard, who was at the batting end and made some physical contact upon which, the Gujarat all-rounder was fined 50 percent of his match fee for breaching the IPL Code of Conduct.
However, before stories could start brewing about the Caribbean teammates falling-out, the duo came out on twitter to demonstrate their close friendship. ‘Champion’ Bravo tweeted sharing a picture with Pollard, claiming that the duo are best friends on and off the field. Also, Pollard expressed his displeasure over Bravo being penalised for their on-field clash.
Calm down everybody. @KieronPollard55 and I are best friends on and off the field. Pity that normal banter is being shaped to suit agendas.
