Ajay Jayaram disappointed with his current performance; will miss Indonesia & Australia SS
MEN'S SINGLES SHUTTLER AJAY JAYARAM is disappointed with his performance in the ongoing Thomas Cup. The men's team failed to win a single match in the group stages therefore suffered an early exit from the tournament.
The 28-year-old was the senior most shuttler in the team after Kidambi Srikanth and HS Prannoy withdrew from the tournament. Ajay lost all the three matches he played and therefore the disappointment.
He took to social media to express his emotion and also stated that he will be missing the upcoming Indonesia and Australia Super Series. He will utilise this time to get some good training and get back to the court much stronger. He has been drained and hurt both physically and mentally with his current performance.
