GUJARAT LIONS PACER DALE STEYN has praised Suresh Raina's captaincy and also went on to add that the southpaw's man management skills has been one of the reasons the debutants have done well thus far in the IPL.
Having won five out of the six matches played so far, the Gujarat side is sitting pretty at the top of the points table.
As reported by indiatoday, Steyn said,
"Suresh Raina's captaincy has been fantastic. Raina doesn't like to go over the top about his job, he and the coaching staff just keep things very simple, and we just go out there and express ourselves which is reflecting on our performances on the field."
The 33-year old further added,
"The guys have really gelled well in the dressing room, they have played with and against each other for many years which certainly is one of the big reasons why we are performing so well."
