Zaheer is more of a bowling captain, says DD star De Kock

DELHI DAREDEVILS WICKET-KEEPER BATSMAN Quinton de Kock thinks his IPL skipper Zaheer Khan is more of a bowling captain as compared to last season's captain JP Duminy, who he feels is more of an all-round captain.

As reported by the Deccan Chronicle, De Kock said,

"Zak is more of a bowling captain, he leads the bowling attack well. JP is an all-round skipper. He does all that he can around everybody which is natural for he is an all-rounder. But off the field, there isn’t much difference between the both of them. People respect them and listen to them. But on field, they are two different captains."

Even before the tournament started, many experts questioned the move behind Zaheer's appointment as the captain of DD. And, the former Indian seamer is yet to exude any fine qualities of a skipper.

However, Zaheer has some experience in leadership as he was the bowling captain of the Indian side for a long time. In fact, national skipper Mahendra Singh Dhoni went on to say that he's the Sachin of bowling.
