Excited about the crowd support, will play positive cricket against Pune: Raina

IPL DEBUTANTS Rising Pune Supergiants and Gujarat Lions will lock horns tonight in Rajkot. Both teams have started their campaign on a positive note after winning their opening game and would be keen on maintain their momentum going ahead. 

Given the quality of players on both sides, we could have a close game on our hands and Gujarat’s captain Suresh Raina feels that his side is pretty confident in playing the match in front of their home fans. 

As reported by PTI, the southpaw said, 

"Gujarat Lions is a team from Gujarat and we all are excited about the crowd support for us. We have started new season with a new team on a positive note after winning the first game. And we will play positive cricket against the opposition.” 

Ravindra Jadeja too will be returning home to Rajkot and it will be interesting to see the support the all-rounder gets from his home crowd.
