TFG Fantasy Pundit: Pick your captain and vice-captain from the Zimbabwe team

Overview

As Zimbabwe and Scotland get ready to lock horns in the ICC World T20 qualifier, you try picking all the top-order batsmen from the Zimbabwe camp.

On the other hand, the Scotland seamers have done a better job.

For this round of fantasy cricket, we would recommend that you should pick your captain and vice-captain from the Zimbabwe team.

Our probable 11 that could take to the field.

SCO- Peter Mommsen, Callum Mcleod, Kyle Coetzer, Mathew Cross, Richie Berrington, Mark Watt, Safyaan Sharif, Matt Machan, Alasdair Evans, Josh Davey, Micheal Leask

ZIM- Vusi Sibanda, Hamilton Masakadza, Elton Chigumbura, Max Waller, Sean Williams, Richard Mutumbami, Sikander Raza, Wellington Masakadza, Tendai Chisoro, Tawanda Mupariwa, Tendai Chatara

Players who should not be ignored for this round

Hamilton Masakadza- The Zimbabwean skipper will open the innings and like we saw in the first game will go after the bowling from the word go.

Alasdair Evans- He bowled superbly with the new ball in the previous game. He will stick to a disciplined line and length and that will get him wickets.

Sean Williams- He might have had a bad game a few days back, but given his class and all-around ability, he should be a part of every fantasy team.

Dark Horses

Tendai Chatara- He might not be an express bowler, but can nag the batsmen with his lack of pace.

Matt Machan- He can play according to a situation in the middle-order and can also be useful with his offies.

TFG PUNDIT XI- Hamilton Masakadza (C), Tendai Chatara, Wellington Masakadza, Sean Williams (VC), Mark Watt, Alasdair Evans, Max Waller, Richard Mutumbami, Kyle Coetzer, Matt Machan, Vusi Sibanda

Top performers from the round (11/3/2016): All our bowlers- From A Evans, T Chatara, M Watt to W Masakadza were amongst the wickets (at least 2 each). Furthermore, our vice-cap S Williams was the star of the match with a match winning 50 and also picked up a wicket.

Happy Hunting!!!
