ISL team Delhi Dynamos might have new investors as current owners Den Networks want to sell stake

DELHI DYNAMOS are set to have new investors as DEN Networks the current owners have been in regular conversation with GMS Leadership wanting to sell their stake in the club.

As reported by Goal both the parties are reportedly in talks for the past four months.

DEN Networks had suffered a consolidated net loss back in September 2015 which possibly could have driven their management to arrive at the conclusion of selling their stakes.

The company had notified about their intentions to the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) back in April 2014 when they were given the rights to start a football franchise in ISL.

“The Company believes that participation in the ISL would have multiple benefits including creating value for stakeholders and strengthening the DEN brand. The Company believes football has a strong potential in India and the ISL offers the best platform to tap into the large and growing popularity of the sport in India,” read the statement.
