The 20 year old shuttler mainly plays the doubles and mixed doubles category. She has partnered with the likes of PV Sindhu and Manu Attri. Currently there is only Jwala Gutta and Ashwini Ponnappa who represent the women's doubles category. Shuttlers like Maneesha stand a good chance to take the baton forward.
