AFTER A DRAW OF LOTS to select the groups, the AFC Women's Asian Cup 2022 first round fixtures have finally been revealed.
The tournament will begin on the 20th of January and be played in three stadiums: Mumbai Football Arena in Mumbai, DY Patil Stadium in Navi Mumbai and the Shree Shiv Chhatrapati Sports Complex in Pune.
A total of 12 teams will participate in 3 groups. The top two in each group will make it to the quarter finals directly. Of the three teams finishing third, the two best performers will also progress to the quarter finals. From there it will be a knockout affair.
