IFA Shield 2020 FULL MATCH -- Mohammedan Sporting bulldoze Kidderpore Sporting Club
MOHAMMEDAN SPORTING BEGAN their IFA Shield 2020 campaign with a dominant 4-0 victory over Kidderpore SC.
The Black Panthers, who recently won the I-League Qualifiers, seemed to be in their familiar good form when the match began. Just one minute in, Gani Nigam took the hapless opponent defence to task and found the net.
Halfway into the first half Hira Mondal doubled Mohammedan's lead. Soon after half time, Philip Adjah scored to triple it.
At this point Kidderpore were mostly focusing on defence to avoid a tennis score. In the end, Gani Nigam scored another goal a few minutes before full time to secure a handsome win for the club.
Mohammedan Sporting will play their second group stage match against Kalighat MS on 12th December.
