TFG Fantasy Sports: Players to pick & avoid Hobart Hurricanes v Melbourne Renegades BBL T20

This article contains Dream11 tips for Hobart Hurricanes v Melbourne Renegades BBL T20 game. As Hobart get ready to host Melbourne on the eve of Christmas, we share our view on players you should pick & avoid.

Players to Pick

Aaron Finch (Renegades)- He will be the skipper. Will open the batting too. Likes playing this format & is arguably one of the best in BBL. Although, he has scored only 28 & 29 in the first two games, we feel you can't be dropping him given his reputation.

D Short (Hurricanes)- In the opening game, he scored 50 & although he was dismissed for 9 in the second, you shouldn't be playing without this bloke in BBL T20. It is not to be forgotten that he has been a terror in BBL in the last two editions. Remember, he can also be called upon to bowl a few overs of wrist spin.

Q Ahmed (Hurricanes)- The Afghani leggie has been a sensational in the first two games. In the first match, he singlehandedly won hobart the game with a 4-wkt haul against the Sixers.

In the second game too, he bowled well and picked up one wicket. His ability to bowl under pressure and with rich variations, he makes life tough for the batsmen.

Players to Avoid

D Christian (Renegades)- Although, he is a genuine all-rounder in the line-up, he has failed to live up to his expectations. With the ball, he has not picked up even a single wicket. In fact, he was not even given a chance to bowl in the second game.

With the bat too, he scored 18 in the first game and went for a duck in the second match. While he could get back to his best soon, we feel it is best to avoid him for the upcoming clash.

C Boyce (Renegades)- The leggie has struggled in the first two games. Despite being the frontline spinner, Boyce has not been able to deliver. In 2 games, he has given 75 runs in 8 overs with no wickets to his credit. Going into this contest, we wonder if he will even bowl his full quota.
