Ahmed Mubarak Al Mahajiri

Call him as vital to Oman as Sunil Chhetri is to India. Kano plays for Al Markhiya club in the second tier of Qatar, a side that missed out on the promotion playoff after finishing level on points in the league.
Al Mahajri captains the side and has represented Oman on close to 170 occasions. The 34 year-old midfielder has scored 20 goals for his country. Kano was named the most valuable player at the 2017 Arabian Gulf Cup of Nations.
