The visitors are unlikely to change their winning combination, unless an injury forces them to. 

Barring the inconsistent opening pair, India don't have much to worry about. 

Kohli, Rahane and Pujara remain the core of the batting. It would only be safe to pick all three. 

On the bowling front, Jadeja could be the lone spinner again. 

Ishant and Bumrah who were brilliant in Antigua should once again be the hot picks. Shami too has a great record in this format. 

WEST INDIES
