'Barca Dreams' to be released tomorrow; watch what the greats are saying
SPANISH GIANTS FC BARCELONA fans will now get to witness their team's glorious history from its inception and how it has gained the iconic status it enjoys now.
The movie 'Barca Dreams' will be released on October 9. Called 'A True Story of FC Barcelona', the movie is an emotional journey into the soul of the club as explained through some of the most important figures in its 115 year history, from founder Joan Gamper through to Leo Messi, and including such legends as Kubala, Cruyff and Ronaldinho, all of whom are essential for understanding how the Club came to develop its own unique playing style, and one which has consistently been the focus of worldwide admiration.
The movie includes appearances by Leo Messi, Andrés Iniesta and Gerard Piqué; former players and coaches in the form of Johan Cruyff, Louis van Gaal, Ronald Koeman, Gary Lineker, Carles Rexach, José Mari Bakero and Éric Abidal; basketball star Pau Gasol; historian Carles Santacana; and journalists Ramon Besa and Graham Hunter, among others.
With Ronaldo's documentary set to release later this year, the Barca, read Messi, fans too have something to brag about, as yet again it looks like an El Classico clash at the movies.
