IN A GAME MARRED BY bad refereeing decisions and injuries, Kerala Blasters tipped FC Pune City at their own backyard with two great strikes from Jackichand Singh and CK Vineeth.
The game started with some early penalty calls made by the home team going unnoticed by referee Pranjal Banerjee, and Pune coach Ranko Popovic was sent off for complaining to the referee.
Jackichand Singh got the visitors ahead with a great finish from outside the box, and i was a while before Pune City equalized through a penalty conversion. Ironically this penalty, given to Pune, was yet another wrong call from the referee.
A last minute wonder goal from CK Vineeth secured the win for Kerala Blasters, and the win sent them closer to their top four finish.
