UFC St. Louis Results: Stephens stops Choi in second, Jessica Rose-Clark impresses

UFC KICKSTARTED 2018 with a solid fight card from St. Louis last night. The main event of the night saw a featherweight contest between Jeremy Stephens and Doo Ho Choi.

Stephens stopped Choi in the second round

As expected, the main event proved to be an excellent treat for the fans as both Stephens and Choi were going at it. In the second round, however, Stephens managed to get the upper hand completely and finished Choi halfway through the round.

In the co-main event, Jessica Rose-Clark outclassed Paige Van Zant and secured a unanimous decision win. Paige suffered a broken arm in the fight but managed to last the distance in a fight that Jessica dominated.

Kamaru Usman also had a dominant performance when he defeated Emil Meek. The featherweight debut of Michael Johnson ended in defeat as he was submitted by Darren Elkins in the second round.
