India to tour Ireland for a two-match T20I series in June

THE BCCI has announced that the men in blue will engage in a two-match T20I series against Ireland before they tour England in July.

The two games will be played in Dublin on June 27 and 29 respectively. The last time India toured Ireland was in June 2007, when the visitors played a one-off ODI in Belfast. They have played a solitary T20I against Ireland at Trent Bridge during 2009 T20 WC.

Following the two T20Is against Ireland, Virat Kohli’s men will get into a series against England which will comprise five Tests, three ODIs and three T20Is.
