ISL 2017-18: Jamshedpur FC team anthem shows glimpses of Jharkhand's cultural heritage

THE INDIAN SUPER LEAGUE franchise Jamshedpur FC are taking steps to do well in their maiden season. Booth on and off the field, the franchise has tried to give a good account of themselves. Only recently, Jamshedpur FC distributed footballs to youth football clubs in a village on the outskirts of the city.

And yesterday, went ahead and launched their official team anthem named "Jam ke khelo Jamshedpur". This song has been song the famous Bollywood singer Sukhwinder Singh and the video shows various parts of Jharkhand state.

A particular dance form called "Chhau", which has its roots in Jharkhand, West Bengal and Odisha has also been portrayed in the video. Also, in the video are some of the local games and other flashes of the villages in the state.
