UFC Fresno Results: Brian Ortega submits Cub Swanson to remain undefeated

BRIAN ORTEGA MANAGED TO KEEP his undefeated streak intact after getting a submission victory over the veteran Cub Swanson.

Ortega managed to get the finish via a guillotine in the second round after almost choking out Swanson in the closing stages of the first round. Swanson was landing heavily throughout the fight with strikes but Ortega managed to cash in on the gaps and put his skills to good use for the win.

In the co-main event, Gabriel Benitez overcame the challenged posed by Jason Knight. The game plan of Benitez seemed to work from the start itself as Knight was having trouble to find his rhythm.

Elsewhere, Marlon Moraes got a highlight reel KO win over Aljamain Sterling. Moraes caught Sterling with a vicious knee early in the first round itself which marked the end of the fight.
