#YoungChamps: Shuttlers share their stories about how their badminton journey began
AN INITIATIVE named 'Young Champs' was launched in Mumbai on Wednesday (6th December) by Quest for Excellence and Gopichand Academy.
This initiative will help young talent up to and under the age of 10 years to showcase their badminton skills via a 2-minute video. The winners of the contest will get to train at the academy in Hyderabad after going through a selection process.
To promote this initiative, shuttlers including PV Sindhu, Kidambi Srikanth, HS Prannoy, Sai Praneeth, Sikki Reddy, Sumeeth Reddy, Pranaav Jerry Chopra, Parupalli Kashyap, Sameer Verma and Sourabh Verma shared their childhood pictures, sharing their stories of how their badminton journey began.
