INDIAN MMA FIGHTERS HAD A GOOD SHOWING IN MALAYSIA this weekend. Four fighters fought at Rampage MMA fighting Championship at Sabah Top Team on Saturday and three of them managed to pick up wins as well.
Akshata Khadtare secured a unanimous decision win over her opponent at the event when Kajal Naresh Kumar came home with a second round TKO win in her international debut. Akshata marked her first international win with the decision victory.
Yoddha Fighting Championship Flyweight Champion Navdeep Aggarwal continued his impressive run and got a first round submission victory via armbar. Meanwhile, Anjali Gupta gave a good fight to her opponent before being edged out via a split decision. This was Anjali’s international debut.
Meanwhile, Basavesh, who was also set to fight at the event, had some bad luck in his corner when his opponent pulled out in the last minute.
Yoddha Fighting Championship Bantamweight Champion Manthan Rane was also in action this weekend in Malaysia and secured a win in his K1 fight at Ultimate Beatdown.
