Brave Combat Federation News: John Kavanagh Praises Ahmed Amir after Brave CF 9

SBG Ireland head Coach John Kavanagh has issued an appreciation supporting Ahmed Amir from the lightweight division of Brave Combat Federation.

Ahmed Amir scored a historic victory against Erik Carlsson at Brave 9: The Kingdom of Champions and continued his impressive run in the promotion.

Kavanagh, who is also the coach of UFC Lightweight Champion Conor McGregor praised Amir after witnessing the fight live in Bahrain. Kavanagh was in Bahrain as a coach and a guest during the 2017 Brave International Combat Week.

"Ahmed Amir showed amazing heart and determination. Erik Carlsson also deserves appreciation, his battle with Amir was the show's best fight.", mentioned Kavanagh.

In his previous fight, Ahmed had defeated Kevin Koldobsky via technical submission. Kevin also trains at SBG Ireland under Kavanagh. Ahmed is yet to face defeat in the promotion and is a standout name in the Lightweight division.
