BOOM MMA: Ateet Kelvin Gupta dethrones Anastasius, Jujhar Dhillon crowned champion

THE LATEST EVENT OF BOOM MMA, which was held at the Fitexpo event in Kolkata last day saw Ateet Kelvin Gupta settle his scores with Anastasius.
The rivalry between Anastasius and Ateet was a major talking point ahead of the event and it delivered big time as well.
Last year, Anastasius had defeated Ateet to become the Bantamweight champion and in turn, had ended the undefeated run of Ateet.
A year later, Ateet was given a chance to seek redemption and win back the title. He did just that when he made Anastasius submit in the second round via rear naked choke.
With the win, Anastasius now goes 6-1 and the rivalry between the two is now 1-1 with the possibility of a trilogy on the horizon.
Elsewhere, Jujhar Dhillon captured the BOOM Welterweight title when he got the better of Omid. Jujhar managed to finish the fight in the first round itself and was crowned the champion.
