Indian MMA: Omar vs. Suraj Bahadur title Fight being discussed for BOOM MMA

A TITLE FIGHT BETWEEN Afghanistan’s Omar and India’s Suraj Bahadur is being discussed for the upcoming BOOM MMA event.

Earlier, Farhan Siddique was in the mix to face Omar for the BOOM MMA Featherweight championship but the fight was pulled from the card due to failed negotiations. However, the same has led to heated exchanged of words between Team Dheeth and BOOM MMA officials on social media platforms.

Suraj, who fights out of Team Dheeth, is now being considered as a potential challenger for Omar but nothing has been confirmed as of now. BOOM MMA mentioned that Suraj should clear all the formalities if he is to be on the fight card.

Meanwhile, the fight card which is scheduled to take place at the FIT EXPO event in November will be headlined by the rematch between Ateet Kelvin Gupta and Anastasius. The fight will be for the Bantamweight championship. In the co-main event, Jujhar Dhillion will face Omid for the Welterweight championship.
