Brave 9 is set to feature the intense battle between Bahrain’s only fighter Hamza Kooheji and India’s Mohammed Farhad in the bantamweight division. Both the fighters are undefeated in Brave Combat Federation and are on the road towards the championship title of the bantamweight division.

“This was a funny read. I was surprised to know that India doesn't support its athletes. Wait, hold on we already knew that! But we are still fighting and putting on great shows all around South East Asia and now Middle East. Nothing is ever spoon fed to us and every day is a struggle to continue doing what we love to do. No quarters are asked and none ever given. Huge respect to a senior coach such as Eldar Eldarov but respect all, fear none. Farhad, let's go to war”, responded Jitendra Khare, who trains Farhad at Team Relentless.

Farhad has the longest winning streak in Indian MMA history and holds the record for the fastest knockout in the Brave Combat Federation.

He has received overwhelming support from the Indian mixed martial arts community against Hamza Kooheji. The bout will take place at Khalifa Sports City on November 17 during the Brave International Combat Week.
