READ: India U-17 keeper Dheeraj expresses disappointment on misuse of social media

INDIA U-17 GOALKEEPER DHEERAJ MOIRANGTHEM took to social media to express his displeasure after experiencing personal harassment from fans on Facebook.

A Facebook page by the name 'Manipuri by blood' used photographs of few girls posing with jersey that had the name of the young keeper and stated few words along with it. A similar post was made another Facebook user.

Dheeraj shared his thoughts about the same and it was later learnt that the girls posing in the photograph are the keeper's sisters and cousins. In his post he has gone onto request not to  misuse social media and defame his family. Read his post below:

After the keeper's post went viral, the above mentioned page apologised for the same.
