TFG Fantasy Kabaddi: Fantasy Pundit tips for Jaipur Pink Panthers vs Haryana Steelers in Jaipur

Overview

The two teams will clash for the third time this season. The teams shared spoils in their first meeting at Sonepat (27-27). Haryana Steelers got the better of Jaipur Pink Panthers in Ranchi (26-30).

The Jaipur Pink Panthers are currently ranked fourth in the Zone A points table. They suffered a 34-35 loss at the hands of Dabang Delhi in their last fixture. With that defeat, the Panthers are out of contention for the playoffs. 

The match against Haryana Steelers will be their penultimate home leg. They will look to give something for the fans to cheer. 

The Haryana Steelers have booked a qualification berth following Jaipur’s defeat at the hands of Delhi. They are currently ranked second in the Zone A points table. Having played an equal number of matches, they are eight points behind table-toppers Gujarat Fortunegiants. 

As the Haryana coach Ranbir Singh Khokhar stated, the Surender Nada-led side will look to win the remaining games and maintain momentum in the league.

Team Combination

The Jaipur Pink Panthers rested skipper Manjeet Chhillar in their last match against Delhi. They replaced Manjeet with Sunil Siddhgavali and started with Manoj Dhull in the right corner ahead of Sidharth. They are likely to play with the same lineup against Haryana. The raid department will comprise Jasvir Singh, Pawan Kumar and Tushar Patil. Expect Rahul Choudhary to come on as a substitute in the second half.

Nitin Rawal, who scored 14 points against Delhi, will start again in the left corner. Following two Super raids, he is expected to support the raid department against Haryana. Somvir Shekhar, who has scored nine tackle points in the last three matches, will start again in the right cover. 

The Haryana Steelers are likely to start with the same starting seven, that they played against Telugu Titans. The raid department will feature Deepak Kumar Dahiya, Wazir Singh and Surjeet Singh. Prashanth Rai Kumar could come on as a substitute in the second half. 

Surender Nada will start in the left corner while Mohit Chhillar will start on the right. Haryana will start with Neeraj in the right cover and Rakesh Singh Kumar in the left. They could bring on Vikas for Neeraj if the latter fails to impress early in the game. There are no reports on the present state of Vikash Kandola’s ankle injury. We expect him to be rested for this game.
