Bulgaria IS: Lakshya sails into the finals, will face 2nd seed next

LAKSHYA SEN had a happy birthday indeed after winning two back-to-back matches on his 16th birthday on Wednesday and seal a place in the finals of Bulgaria International Series.

The young men's singles shuttler has been training under Danish legend Peter Gade for the past few days and looks like, it showing great results.

In the semi-finals he defeated Sri Lankan shuttler Dinuka Karunaratna in straight games 21-19, 21-14 after a tough battle in the quarters.

His final opponent is second seed Zvonimir Durkinjak of Croatia.
