ISL 2017: Leo Costa is Mumbai City FC’s latest retained foreigner

THE FRANCHISE FROM MUMBAI SEEM to have stepped up their singings from the past week. Confirming their third overseas player in about five days, today shared the news of Leo Costa’s presence in ISL 4 for Mumbai City FC.

31 year old Brazilian played in the midfield, making 11 appearances for the team from Mumbai last season. He has got plenty of experience playing in the various divisions of Brazil. Leo is an attacking medio making combination plays with various players being in charge of the center of the pitch.

On August 3, Everton Santos an attacking midfielder from Brazil signed up for Mumbai City FC. A day later, Mumbai City FC announced that Barcelona-born attacker Rafa Jorda joined Mumbai City FC from Esportiva Llagostera-Costa Brava in Spain.
