Russia GP: Rahul Yadav & Arjun/Shlok end their campaign in SF
RAHUL YADAV went down fighting against second seed Vladimir Malkov in the semi-finals of Russia Grand Prix. It was a tough fight indeed which the Indian displayed but wasn't enough for him to book a place in the finals.
He lost 5-11 12-10 7-11 11-6 11-8.
It was also curtains for men's doubles duo of Arjun MR/Shlok Ramchandran. The 4th seeds too were up against tough opponents Vladimir Ivanov/Ivan Sozonov. The defending champions didn't let the Indian duo win any easy points. They lost 11-3 11-2 11-4.
With their exit, it was end of Indian participation at the tournament.
