THE MIXED DOUBLES duo of Kidambi Nandagopal/Mahima Aggarwal missed out on the title as they lost in the finals against the top seeds from Indonesia 19-21, 9-21 Saputra/Gischa Islami.
The unseeded duo had a great run in the tournament. On their way to the finals, they defeated the third seeded Bimo Prakoso/Yujia Jin and two other pairs who earned a spot in the tournament after winning the qualifying rounds.
