Karman crashes out at the US Open 2015

SEVENTEEN YEAR OLD Karman Kaur Thandi was ousted in the US Open 2015 junior girls championship by second seeded Hungarian Dalma Galfi 4-6, 6-7(3).

It was indeed a tough match for the young Indian who confessed that the loss would have been because of lack of international exposure.

Though the first set was won easily by the second seed, Thandi put up a fight in the second to take the match to a tie breaker in which she eventually had to bow out of the championship.

"Had my chances but missed out some easy balls when 6-5 up in second set, gave a tough fight to world no. 2. Losing 4-6, 6-7. Lack of international exposure you can say,"

she wrote on her Facebook page after her loss.
