Feels like forever since I had one of these pieces up and set the stage for a UFC fight night weekend. But that has been the case with no UFC action coming our way for the past 3 weeks, leaving all of us fight fans parched for some high-octane fight action.

UFC 211 has a stacked card

But the wait, while wasn't really needed is finally over and given the promising fight card this weekend, should be worth the wait. UFC 211, headlined by two title fights, is set to take place in Dallas, Texas and features the most star-studded lineup of fights put together so far this year.

At the top of the billing is the most prestigious title in the combat sports world, the UFC Heavyweight title, being defended in a rematch from over two years ago between stipe Miocic and Junior Dos Santos. In the co-main spot is the fifth title defense of reigning champion Joanna Jedrzejczyk, who is set to go against former bantamweight Jessica Andrade.

Elsewhere on the undercard, the fights lined up include an interesting mix of veteran and upcoming names who are ready to step up in their quest for UFC glory and I am, for one, looking forward to how the action unfolds. Read on for the match-by-match preview of the main card and my picks for them.
