Play-by-Play: East Bengal's four goals gave Mumbai FC nothing to cheer in the game
TWO GOALS IN EITHER HALF made sure the the preparation for the Fed Cup is right for East Bengal. Goals from Wedson, Plaza and a brace fro Jairu sealed the victory for the Red and Golds.
Mumbai held on the ball for longer duration but failed to cause any threats on the East Bengal goal. A Victorino header that was missed from 8 yards from goal and a fantastic Reagan strike was the closest that Mumbai FC came to scoring in the game.
On the other hand, East Bengal were on target for the chances they had made in the game. Mumbai FC may finish last in the I-League if Minerva win their match tomorrow.
