THE BENGALURU BULLS is all geared up for the second season of the Star Sports Pro Kabaddi League commencing later this month, and believe they can win the title that eluded them in the inaugural season.
The franchise, captained by Manjeet Chillar, comprises 23 Indian players and three overseas international players from Sri Lanka, Indonesia and Poland.
"We have put together a good team combination this season - a nice mix of experience and youth which we believe can win us the league," said the team's owner Uday Sinh Wala today after the team's jersey launch in its home city.
Having reached the semi-finals of the tournament in its inaugural season, the Bulls are ready for the challenge of winning the league this time under the guidance of coach Randhir Singh, a press release stated.
The second season of the League is scheduled to begin on July 18 here and matches will also be played in Jaipur, Hyderabad, Patna, Kolkata, Pune, Bangalore and Delhi.
Bengaluru Bulls are to face Bengal Warriors in their campaign opener at the NSCI Stadium in Mumbai.
