Gayle – With ABD injured dropping the Jamaican can be a dicey idea. The explosive opener can be very lethal at the top.

Raina - The southpaw hasn't been very explosive but has helped his side produce a solid start.

McCullum - We saw the marauding potential of the Kiwi a few days ago.
