Ishant Sharma finds new home in Kings XI Punjab ahead of IPL 10

INDIA PACEMAN ISHANT SHARMA, who was left unsold during the IPL 2017 player auction, has found a new home in Kings XI Punjab.

The towering seamer had kept his base price at Rs 2 crore and had suffered big time during the bidding event. However, after featuring in the Border-Gavaskar Trophy, Sharma has been acquired by the Punjab franchise ahead of the IPL 10.

Last year, the 28-year-old had featured in just two games for the Rising Pune Supergiant and was subsequently released by the franchise later last year. Sources have reported that Sharma will join the KXIP camp and prepare with the squad to face RPS on April 8.
