Trevor Morgan, coach of East Bengal spoke to the reporters after the practice session and shared on the status of the injury of the two strikers,

“They are both going for scans. Hope they haven’t done too much damage. Chris has got a slight strain at the top of his thigh. We are awaiting their scan report to make sure the injury is not too serious,”

Morgan added further to the preparations for the title race,

“We are only doing what we should be doing. We are not killing the players and that will be a ridiculous thing to do. But I and Warren have got a fair bit experience about what we feel we should be doing. As I said the players have had their time off and break. Now they come back in and work hard this week and next week we start moving towards the game.”
